My three Chinese wise men whom I channel said this of the Tarot. The cards represent the Omens. A card spread is akin to a gathering of the wise old women and men of the tribe who come together to examine the Omens. They then proclaim what they see.
Describing Tarot in this way respects the psychic lineage. Since time immemorial men and women have looked for signs to show the way. We all do.
It is the same with a stock broker examining the market. It is the same with a mother trying to read her baby. It is the same as you trying to read your relationship. You look out for the signs. And so do psychics.
It takes practice to read the signs with accuracy and confidence. Not years. Practice. A mother improves her child rearing skills with every new baby. Practice. Successful stock brokers learn to read the signs like a music score. Practice. It's all in the practice and interpretation.
People sometimes say that genuine psychics don't have to rely on Tarot. They say that genuinely intuitive readers should be able to tell what's happening without any tools or aids. I disagree totally with this perspective.
Tarot is not some second class psychic tool. It has a lineage that anyone would be proud to belong to. It has a lineage that goes back to the beginning of time. Women and men have always looked for the psychic omens to guide their way.
Tarot is definitely a great art. It is one of the great arts of the subconsicous realms. It is an art deserving of a special place in anyone's life. It really helps people to intuitively discover and uncover the truth.
Why am I promoting the Tarot? Why do I think that anyone who is searching for truth will benefit from it? Simple. Because it never fails to give me insight and guidance.
The cards are sensitive to the situation being explored and also the people involved in the situation. An intuitive card reading is very helpful for whatever stage you are at in your life.
It is the person handling the cards who has the responsibility of discovering the most empowering insight. And this can only happen when the reader has the highest good of all in their heart when they are doing the reading. The cards answer the questions in the most appropriate way for the person having the reading.
Practising your intention is what makes the difference. The cards are very sensitive. If a reader is more interested in showing off their own psychic prowess they will strip away that sensitivity. They will replace it with their own personal counselling medium. Tarot doesn't work that way.
It requires practice in being able to relax into what the cards are saying. Then you use your own personal communication skills to interpret that message in a caring and empathetic manner. Relaxation is the key.
My own personal way is a simple relax down method that I practice before each reading. This is how I enter the shared consciousness. The sharing is what matters. It is through the shared experience that real knowledge comes forth.
I know that there are people out there who are doing Tarot readings from a script and then calling it a reading. That's a reading of words with no meaning. It's also an insult to genuine psychics. Besides, I could teach those people to read the cards properly in a few simple steps and all they would have to do is, yes, you guessed it, practice!
Genuine intuitive readers know the value of Tarot. What I know is that if you let the cards talk, they will! They can't wait until someone gets their hands on them to do the Psychic Shuffle! So when you do have your next reading, open your mind and let the cards in!
